Do I dress the part for an audition?
YES YES YES YES YES! I cannot stress this enough that in today's day and age, you dress the part. If we were to go back to the basics and listen to the words of the great Sanford Meisner-we would live, breathe, eat, dress and live out characters. This is something actors today have forgotten all about. Creatives have no imagination unless you bring it to them. It is your job to create the character and to show them why you should have the role. Why you should be the person to get it so DRESS for your character!
