Your privacy is important to us. We try and collect minimal personal data such as your name and email when you fill out forms and contact us. This information is only used to respond to your inquiries or to provide services. We do not sell, trade or share your personal data with third parties. Studio Class Policy: A 30 Day notice of Cancellation is Required from the 1st of the month to cancel classes. Thank you for the respect for our small business. If you forget, you must pay the $200 oops fee! If you are cancelling in a month there is a Movie Camp or musical you CAN trade in your class month and pay the difference for a camp or a musical! No oops fee! Great option!

Camp and Musical Refund Policy: When you enroll for a camp or musical we collect a $200 non-refundable deposit fee. This fee is an administrative fee and non-refundable for any reason. Thank you for respecting our small business. Camp or musical fee is due in full 3 weeks before the 1st day of camp! If you cancel your camp or musical 4 weeks or before the 1st day of camp and you have paid in full or part you are due a full refund, (minus the administrative deposit), if you cancel 2 weeks before, you are eligible to use half of the fee (minus the administrative deposit) towards classes only. Anything under two weeks the monies are lost entirely. Thank you for respecting our small business.

Private Coaching/Career Coaching Refund Policy: We have a strict 4 hour cancellation policy. Our coaches rearrange their schedule for you. Please note if you do not reschedule or cancel within 4 hours of your coaching you lose the fee of the session. We WILL redo your coaching if your agent or manager is not happy with it-please have them call the studio to speak with Shanelle and she will make sure that it gets redone for FREE.

Reel Refund Policy: Once you have booked your reel, you have paid in full. You may not have a refund for any reason. Once we have booked a location, DP etc there is no turning back!

We are human-and we do understand there are things called emergencies. Please call Shanelle to discuss if you feel that you are in one of those. But please do not ask for things like deposits and cancellation fees back because we all have to run a business. Make it a real emergency-please.
